By ordering our services, hereby you agree to abide to our rules and conditions as follows
1. Order Policy / Kebijakan Pemesanan
a) All of our products availability are depend on our stock. Kadi Atelier has the right to decline and accept orders by giving a clear reason to the customer.
b) Each one of out flower arrangement are different to each other. Since each flowers are unique, there might be a slight differences in shape, size, or color depending on the condition of the flower. But still, we will try to make it as similar as possible to the reference photo.
2. Cancelation Policy / Kebijakan Pembatalan
If customer would like to cancel their order, it should be done 7 days in advance before the shipping date. We will give a full refund for a 7 days notice cancellation. Cancellation less than 7 days will get only a 50% refund.
3. Changes to Your Order / Perubahan Pesanan
a) If the customer would like to make any changes to their order (shipping date & time, notes, contact, flower & etc), please consult it right away to our admin. Changes can be made depending on the circumstances. Kadi Atelier has the right to decline and accept the changes.
b) If there is a sudden unavailability of flowers or other product, Kadi Atelier will inform the customer right away. We will give suggestions to substitute the unavailable product. The customer has a right to ask for a refund if the changes is too sudden and the substitute is not approved by the customer.
4. Delivery Policy / Kebijakan Pengiriman
Delivery will be done by Kadi Atelier through our selection of shipping courrier. We do not accept COD. Shipping charges and the selection of shipping courrier will be informed and listed in our invoice that has been approved by both parties.
5. Return and Refund Policy / Kebijakan Pengembalian
a) Kadi Atelier always guarentee that each of the arrangements are in good condition before shipping. If you found any damages on our product, please contact our admin to consult the possibility of refund if it is proven to be made by Kadi Atelier. If not, then we are not oblidged to give any refund. Any damages caused by shipping are out of Kadi Atelier's responsibility.
b) Kadi Atelier does not accept any refund that is caused by the physical form of the flower (the flower wilted after several days after shipment, changes in color or slight differences of color and shape,and etc).
6. Prices / Harga
a) Prices of our product are attached in our website and online catalog. The price will be confirmed again when Kadi Atelier give the invoice to the customer.
b) Shipping charges are not included.
